- Notice to All Prospective Vendors: Due to the volume and nature of the technical questions received, the Statement of Work (SOW) is currently being evaluated and updated. The revised SOW, along with the Q&A document, will be posted shortly. Because we anticipate significant changes to the technical requirements, we have extended the RFQ deadline to 27 August 2026 at 1:00 PM EDT. This will ensure that all vendors�including those who have already submitted proposals�have sufficient time to review the updates, the Q&A document, and resubmit their quotes accordingly. Thank you for your continued interest and participation in this procurement. Please monitor this posting for the updated SOW, Q&A document, and revised deadline.
