- Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to Maria Sproul at maria.a.sproul.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 5:00PM Eastern Time on 26 August 2026. Solicitation N0042126Q1341 is issued as a brand name procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed price basis, and to solicit and award the proposed purchase order on a brand name basis for Misc Engineering LLC for Amplified Speaker w/ Power P/N: 100114A-01, DC Speaker Power Input Cable P/N: 200114A-01-072 and Auto Input cable P/N: 200114A-02-072 items as listed, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 6.303. BRAND NAME ONLY!! NO SUBSTITUTIONS ACCEPTED Offeror's must be registered in the System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoD contract. This may be accomplished electronically at https://www.sam.gov. This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in terms of price and technical acceptability. Solicitation closing date/time is firm; proposals received after the deadline will not be accepted. Your quote must contain enough technical information i.e. data sheet, drawing, specification, etc. for evaluation. Your quote will only be evaluated based on the information provided. The award will be made on the basis of lowest evaluated price of RFQ meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards.
