- SECTION A U.S. Government ~ Tax Exempt Solicitation Information All quotes/responses shall be submitted via email to JaNae Lester at janae.a.lester.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Tuesday, August 25, 2026 @ 9:00 AM EST. Solicitation N0042126Q1344 is issued as an intent to sole source. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Barbour Stockwell Inc., under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 13.106-1(b).
