- Update 20 August 2026: We are experiencing a delay in posting the submitted Questions and Government Answers. The Government still intends to further extend the quote submission deadline beyond the current listed deadline of 20 August 2026 within the attachments. This posting has been generally extended until 27 August 2026 and will more be applicably adjusted once submitted Questions and Government Answers are posted. Thank you for your patience and continued interest in this requirement. This is a non-personal service contract to provide a combrehensive Mentor Program as required by Marine Corps Systems Command (MARCORSYSCOM) Human Capital Management described in the attached Performance Work Statement. The Mentor Program fosters professional growth, leadership development, and knowledge transfer among participating personnel. Update 13 August 2026: The Government intends to further extend the quote submission deadline beyond the current deadline of 20 August 2026 once the questions submitted prior to the below deadline have been finalized and posted to this announcement. Thank you for your interest in this requirement. Update 4 August 2026: Questions should be submitted no later than 3:00 PM Eastern, Thursday, 6 August 2026. Additionally, the deadline for quotation submissions is EXTENDED to 10:00 AM Eastern, Thursday, 20 August 2026. Attachments are updated to reflect the new dates.
