- Department of the Navy, Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific (NIWC PACIFIC) hereby publicizes its intention to solicit, negotiate and award a commercial, firm-fixed-price purchase order on a non-competitive basis with Signal Hound, LLC. (CAGE 0EW80), Battle Ground, Washington 98604-8967, United States. This is a purchase request for one SM435C Spectrum Analyzers for the Real Time Spectrum Operations (RTSO) project.A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely at the discretion of the Government. The applicable NAICS Code is 334511 and the business size standard is 1,350 employees. The applicable PSC code is 5860.This notice is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible source believing that it can fulfill the requirement may submit a quote for consideration by the Government. Comments, questions or concerns regarding this notice may be submitted via e-mail to hannah.m.chichester.civ@us.navy.mil by 10:00 am PST on 26 August 2026. Questions by phone or fax will not be considered.To respond to this announcement, you must be registered to the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) Solicitation module at https://piee.eb.mil/xhtml/unauth/home/login.xhtml and upload your inquiry under NIWC Pacific/Simplified Acquisition N66001-26-Q-6294.
