- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1333MJ26Q0052 is issued as a RFQ for an 8' x 72' Prefabricated Steel Bridge. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. REQUIREMENT DETAILS: One (1) 8� x 72� Steel Truss Rail Bridge, brand name or equal to Roadrunner Bridge. Quoted supplies must meet or exceed the following salient characteristics: Prefabricated Steel Bridge 8-Ton Load Capacity (16,128 lb.) Bridge Weight 16,768 lbs. 52"" Truss Railings Welded Steel Tube Structure Black Powder-Coated Finish 3� X 12"" Treated Douglas Fir Decking LINE ITEMS: CLIN 0001: 8' x 72' Prefabricated Steel Bridge, Quantity: 1. DELIVERY & ACCEPTANCE: Delivery Date: 12/31/2026 Place of Delivery: AOML facility, 4301 Rickenbacker Causeway, Miami, FL 33149 (Key Biscayne, FL) F.O.B. Point: Destination EVALUATION & AWARD PROCEDURES: The Government intends to award a single purchase order to the responsible Offeror whose proposal represents the best value to the Government. Using a best-value tradeoff process, the Government will evaluate each proposal based on non-price evaluation criteria (Confidence Ratings: High, Some, Low) which, when combined, are significantly more important than Price. A comparative evaluation of quotations may also be performed to select the best-suited offeror. The anticipated award date is 9/4/26.
