N4008524D0030 - N4008523D0038 AND N4008524D0069) NOTICE REGARDING TIMELY DEFINITIZATION OF EQUITABLE ADJUSTEMENT FOR CHANGE ORDERS UNDER CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS. There are no agency-specific policies and procedures that apply to the definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts.
