Greenheck at raymond.r.greenheck@usace.army.mil no later than the time and date specified in this solicitation.*** Site visit will be held at US Army Corps of Engineers-Valley Resident Office, 1810 Jefferson Blvd, Old West Sacramento, CA on 13 August 2026, at 11:00am PDT. All questions for this solicitation must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contract Specialist Antonina Beal at Antonina.Beal@usace.army.mil. The cut off time and date to submit questions is 10:00 AM PDT on Friday, August 14, 2026. No additional questions will be accepted after this time and date.
