- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 7571PS26Q00079i s issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Reverse Distribution Services for Expired Pharmaceuticals, Albuquerque Service Unit (ASU). This acquisition is set-aside for Small Businesses. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. (ii) See attached RFQ and/or Fillable Table for Contract Line Items (CLINs). (iii) See attached RFQ for description of requirements. �Instructions to Quoters"" begins on pg. 17. (iv) Reverse Distribution Services for Expired Pharmaceuticals services to be provided for the following Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (IHS) facilities: Albuquerque Indian Health Center 801 Vassar Drive NE Albuquerque, NM 87106 Santa Ana Health Center Santa Ana Pueblo O2-C Dove Road Bernalillo, NM 87004 Zia Health and Dental Clinic 155 Capitol Square Drive Zia Pueblo, NM 87053 (v) See attached RFQ for a list of solicitation provisions that apply to the acquisition. (vi) See attached RFQ for a list of contract clauses that apply to the acquisition. (vii) Quotes will be accepted via email to Deborah.blyveis.gov until 3:00 pm ET on Monday, August 31, 2026. Please submit questions no later than 3:00 pm ET on Wednesday, August 26, 2026. (viii) This is a total Small Business Set-Aside.
