- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Bayer MEDRAD Injector Preventive Maintenance and Repair Services Department of Veterans Affairs Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7 Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System Montgomery, Alabama Description The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 7, intends to issue a solicitation for preventive maintenance and repair services for Government-owned Bayer MEDRAD injector systems located at the Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System, Montgomery, Alabama. The anticipated requirement includes all labor, travel, preventive maintenance, calibration, corrective maintenance, technical support, proprietary software and cybersecurity updates, OEM parts, and other services necessary to maintain the equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work. Set-Aside The anticipated solicitation will be issued as a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. NAICS: 811210 Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance PSC: J065 Maintenance, Repair, and Rebuilding of Equipment Medical, Dental, and Veterinary Equipment and Supplies Period of Performance Base Year: October 1, 2026 September 30, 2027 Option Year 1: October 1, 2027 September 30, 2028 Option Year 2: October 1, 2028 September 30, 2029 Place of Performance Central Alabama Veterans Health Care System 215 Perry Hill Road Montgomery, AL 36109 Solicitation The solicitation will contain the complete Statement of Work, instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, applicable clauses and provisions, and submission requirements. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring SAM.gov for the issuance of the solicitation and any subsequent amendments. This notice is not a solicitation and does not constitute a request for quotation. No quotation is requested in response to this notice.
