- Award Summary The Government hereby awards a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract to Rothwell Construction LLC for the Full Window Replacement at Building 674, Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (RFTA). This requirement was solicited under Solicitation Number W15QKN26RA056. The Contractor shall provide all plant, labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other services necessary to fulfill all requirements outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
