- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. It is neither a solicitation nor a request for a quote, and it does not obligate the Government to award a contract. Request for solicitation will not receive a response. The Government will not pay or reimburse any costs of preparing this response. The purpose of this notice is for market research purposes only and to make appropriate acquisition decisions to gain knowledge of potential qualified businesses and their Small Business Administration (SBA) size classification in relation to North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing with a size standard of 800 employees. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System, located in San Juan, Puerto Rico, is seeking a business that can provide the following: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL Brand Name GermFree or EQUAL Negative Pressure CACI (36 L x 34 W x 79 H) 3ft Lead Shielded CACI (Negative Pressure) Exterior Dimensions: 36"""" L x 34"""" W x 79"""" H Interior Dimensions: 32"""" L x 25"""" W x 27"""" H (CUSTOM)"" Exhaust Transition Piece for External Venting LFGI-3RTT Rooster Alarm with Probe Sensor for Low Profile Transition RSTR-P Additional sleeves SLV-ADD-10 GRX Rapid Exchange Glove System for LFGI and Versa Flow Isolators GRX-S Suitable for limited-space cleanroom environments.
