- Description
- IAW RFO 5.101(c)(4): (i) The 786FSS is seeking to procure food service equipment, to include Heavy-Duty Cooking Line and Ice & Beverage Equipment. (ii) In accordance with FAR 12.201-1(c), this pre-solicitation is published on the Government Point of Entry (GPE) to document the requirement. The Government will conduct a competitive acquisition and award a contract to the responsible offeror whose offer represents the best value and is most advantageous, price and other factors considered. Funding has been received; however, the anticipated award date will be determined following the evaluation of quotations. (vi) All responsible sources may submit a quotation, bid, or proposal, as appropriate, which will be considered by the agency. (viii) An offeror�s proposed product must meet all specifications listed in the salient characteristics document and satisfy the evaluation criteria outlined in the solicitation in order to be eligible for award. Technical data to assist in proposal development is attached to this notice. Note: This is a pre-solicitation notice and does not constitute a formal solicitation. Consequently, no submission deadline has been established at this time. The formal solicitation will be released following the conclusion of this pre-solicitation period. Please do not submit quotes at this time; however, if you are interested in this procurement, please let us know so that we may consider your inclusion in the future solicitation, subject to local source eligibility requirements and applicable procurement regulations.
