Description

Note: this has been amended (0001) and the response time extended, no additonal site visits are able to be supported. Acknowledgment of the amendment is required with quote submission. See SF30 and attachments for more information. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 1232SA26Q0962 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a lighting renovation for USDA ARS in Ames, IA. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 238210 The small business size standard is $19.0M This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. The magnitude of construction is between $1,700,000 and 2,300,000. A bid bond will be required along with quote submission. Performance and payment bonds will also be required after award. See the solicitation documents for more details.
