Section 00 21 13 - Instruction to Bidders, Item #15.b. and 15.c., (a) Site visit start time from 09:00 AM JST to 09:30 AM JST, (b) Site visit Attendee and SECNAV 5512 form submission time from 10 August 2026 at 12:00 PM, JST to 9 August 2026 23:59 PM JST., (c) Overall site timelines adjusted back 30 minutes, 3. Miscellaneous changes indicated by red font to the instructions throughout Section 01 21 13. Site Visit conducted on 18 August 2026, Sign-in Roster added as an attachment.
