Quantity: 1 Unit of Issue: Lot Destination information: F.O.B. Destination Delivery: 1 Base year plus 2 option years. Issue date of solicitation: 18 August 2026 Quotes due: 25 August 2026 by 1:00pm to christopher.k.battiste.civ@army.mil SAM Notice: Recommend including the following to bring it to any potential offerer's attention that registration in SAM (System for Award Management) is necessary and may reduce time to award if a vendor isn't registered or registration isn't current. ""In order to be eligible for award, the successful offerer's System for Award Management (SAM) Registration must be active and include representations and certifications."" The project intends to follow the sustainable acquisition principles of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 23, as applicable. The proposed contract is set aside for HUBZone small business concerns, Offers from other than HUBZone small business concerns will not be considered.
