- Notice to All Prospective Vendors: Due to the volume and nature of the technical questions received, the Statement of Work (SOW) is currently being evaluated and updated. The revised SOW will be posted shortly. Because we anticipate significant changes to the technical requirements, we have extended the RFQ deadline to 25 August 2026. This will ensure that all vendors, including those who have already submitted proposals�have sufficient time to review the updates and resubmit their quotes accordingly. Thank you for your continued interest and participation in this procurement. Please monitor this posting for the updated SOW and revised deadline.
