The objective of this effort is to secure open-air storage, operational launch and recovery support, and OEM Mercury Master Certified maintenance services for four (4) 351st Special Warfare Training Squadron (351 SWTS) tactical training vessels in the immediate vicinity of Merritt Island, FL.
