Connelly, Contracting Officer Email: joshua.connelly.3@us.af.mil Subject: Procurement of High-Altitude Electromagnetic Pulse (HEMP) Filters Set-Aside Status: No Set-Aside Product or Service Code (PSC): 6625 NAICS Code: 334515 Description: 55 CONS is procuring 6 HEMP filters for the 55th SCS in support of the new SATCOM Facility at Offutt AFB. The Government intends to purchase the following items: (3 ea.) Power line filter cabinet LMF-4527 30A (3 ea.) Power line filter cabinet LMF-4528 100A The intended source of purchase is ETS Lindgren as the only source available under RFO 12.102(a) as a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order on or before 30 September 2026. AFNWC configuration control board has approved ETS LindGren power filters for fielding with FAB-T towers and shelters as port of the configuration baseline and no other power filter is compatible. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency.
