- Solicitation Number: FA527026QB026 Title: Green Waste and Natural Debris Damaged by Typhoon Collection, Removal, and Disposal For O&M Areas Response Due Date : 24 August 2026 at 11:00 AM Local Japan Standard Time (JST) *(Disregard Offers Due Date on SF1449, standby for amendment) The 18th Contracting Squadron, Kadena AB, Okinawa, Japan is issuing this commercial solicitation to secure all management, tools, supplies, equipment, vehicles, labor and transporation necessary to peform green waste and storm debris collection, removal and off-base disposal service at O&M Areas, Kadena AB. *For further information, please refer to Attachment 1 - PWS. This acquisition will be executed as a Single-Award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Unit Pricing per Kilogram. NOTE: Due to current localized fiscal year funding contraints, this requirement is being incrementally funded. Initial funding is certified only through 31 December 2026, providing for an initial certified quantity of 423,100kg. Subsequent funding will cover the remainder of the basic period of peformance in early FY27.
