- ITEM: Crane, Truck Mounted NSN: 3990-01-612-4036 MFR CAGE / PART NO: Grove, U.S., LLC (12361) P/N 1-198-0-00514 QTY: 2 OPTION QTY: 2 FOB: Destination KIND OF CONTRACT: Firm, fixed price Offers will be due on/about 31 August 2026. Offerors are encouraged to check sam.gov for updates to the solicitation. This procurement is restricted to the part number listed above; only approved sources or distributors will be considered for this buy. The solicitation is postponed indefinitely; a forthcoming amendment will re-establish a new proposal due date/time. Offerors are highly encouraged to check the sam.gov website on a regular basis for any updates to the solicitation. The solicitation contains a provision entitled 'Reverse Auction,' which allows for the use of reverse auction as a pricing technique. After the solicitation closes, the contracting officer will determine if a reverse auction will be held. If a reverse auction is held, contractors must be registered in the reverse auction system in order to participate in the auction. Additionally, the contractor representative participating in the auction must have taken the on-line reverse auction training prior to the auction. Registration, on-line training, and other information regarding the reverse auction can be found at https://dla.procurexinc.com. Any questions related to the reverse auction system or process can be directed to the contract specialist.
