- Description
- The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Procurement Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, New Jersey intends to enter into a firm fixed price purchase order for brand name Agile Fleet FleetCommander. The solicitation is being issued on a full and open basis. The statutory authority being utilized is Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) 6.103-2 entitled, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements . The delivery period is 90 days after date of award. The North American Industrial Classification for this effort is 541519. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2026. This notification shall close on August 20, 2026.
