- Description
- The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to perform the preventive maintenance services.This requirement is for a comprehensive preventive maintenance service plan for all elevators in the Norfork dam and Bull Shoals Dam respectively. The objective is to ensure the elevators operate safely, reliably, and efficiently through a scheduled program of inspection, lubrication, adjustment, and cleaning. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, any responsible source who believes it is capable of meeting the requirement may submit a capability statement or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses must be submitted via email to brandee.m.wright@usace.army.mil no later than 12:00 PM CDT on 28 August 2026
