- The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt is issuing Solicitation No. 19GE5026Q0121 for roof replacement at the Winfield House in London, United Kingdom. The work includes removal and disposal of existing roof systems and non-lead flashings, temporary relocation of existing lead flashings, minor concrete-deck repairs, installation of insulation and cover board, installation of a two-ply modified-bitumen roof system, PMMA liquid flashing, testing, warranties, and related incidental work. Prospective quoters are responsible for requesting access sufficiently in advance to allow adequate time to review the attachments. Requesting or obtaining access does not extend any deadline for site-visit registration, submission of questions, or submission of quotations.
