- Elk Basin Trails Build & Maintain The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office, is soliciting quotes to build and maintain single track trails to enhance recreational opportunities and accessibility. The project involves building 19 miles of new single track trails and maintaining 6 miles of existing trails, ensuring all work meets accessibility standards. The project�s location is within Carbon County, Montana.
