- **Amendment 0002 is provided to extend the due date and time to 8/21/2026 10:00AM and also add Winston-Salem to the approved geographical areas within Forsyth County, NC. Revised documents reflecting these two changes are dated today and provided in the attachments. A signed copy of amendment 0002 shall be provided with any quote submitted. *Amendment 0001 is attached to answer questions received by the due date and time in response to the solcitation. A signed copy of amendment 0001 shall be included with any quotes submitted. The due date has NOT been extended. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 12FPC426Q0057 is issued for a short term office rental for the USDA FSA and NRCS located in Forsyth County (Rural Hall or Tobaccoville), NC. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 531120. The small business size standard is 34M. This acquisition is firm fixed price. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the agency. Questions are due by 1:00PM ET on 8/3/2026.
