See attached RFQ Disclaimer This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 75F40126Q00233 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The Government intends to negotiate and solicit with only one source Element Biosciences, 10055 Barnes Canyon Rd., Suite 100, San Diego, CA 92121, USA for the Acquisition of Element Biosciences AVITI Sequencing System under the authority of FAR (6.103-1). This is not a request for competitive quotes; however, any responsible offeror may submit a quote which will be given due consideration by the agency. This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. NAICS Code: 334516 � Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing.
