- Description
- 1) This Solicitation Notice is to announce the USGS, Geosciences and Environment Change Science Center (GECSC), National Uncrewed Systems Office (NUSO) supporting multiple USGS Mission Areas and DOI Agencies has a need for a UAS lidar scanner YellowScan Surveyor Ultra or equivalent to support mission. 2) The solicitation number is 140G0226Q0096 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). 3) Award for this requirement will be made in accordance with the policies of FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, along with applicable solicitation and evaluation procedures for this acquisition. The Government will make award to the lowest-priced, technically acceptable (LPTA) offeror. Quotes will be evaluated starting with the lowest price. If the lowest-priced quote is determined to be technically unacceptable, the Government will proceed to evaluate the next lowest-priced quote, and so on, until a technically acceptable offer is identified. 4) This solicitation is a SET ASIDE for Small Businesses. The associated NAICS Code is 334511 -Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing. 5) All requirements for preparation, submission, and receipt of quotes are contained in this solicitation and shall be adhered to. 6) All questions and quote must be emailed to the Contracting Officer, Janice Moye at Janice_Moye@ios.doi.gov. Period of Performance: 09/04/2026 to 12/03/2026.
