NOTICE: THE GOVERNMENT HAS RECEIVED MULTIPLE QUESTIONS ABOUT UTILITES IN REFERENCE TO THE OLD PWS. UTILITIES HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM INSTALLATION. THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ENSURE THAT THE MOST RECENT PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) DATED 31 July 2026 IS PROVDED.
