Purpose and Scope Request to rent a 135� Articulated Boom Lift 4WD DSL from 10AUG26-18SEP26 2. Deliverables and Performance Requirements 135� Articulating Boom Lift for use by MIDGETT personnel During MIDGETT SMP2 FY26. 3. Period of Performance 18AUG26-18SEP26 4. Location and Method of Performance Base Honolulu 400 Sand Island Access Rd, Honolulu, HI 96819-2269 US Delivery and pickup of 135� boom lift expected. 5. Roles and Responsibilities Contractor will deliver a 135� articulating boom lift to 400 Sand Island Access Rd, Honolulu, HI 96819-2269 US At the beginning of the period of performance. 6. Acceptance Criteria A fully functional 135� articulating boom crane in accordance with all manufacturers specification and safety devices 7. Performance Monitoring 135� articulating boom crane shall be fully operational through the duration of the period of performance.
