Project Title: REPAIR & REPLACE ATON AT THE U.S. COAST GUARD (USCG), BASE TONGUE POINT/COLUMBIA RIVER; ASTORIA, OR Solicitation Number: 70Z08826B0000123 Bid Opening Date: August 11, 2026 at 1300 PDT Independent Government Estimate (IGE): $4,312,213.00 The following offers were received in response to the solicitation. The apparent low offeror, Reagent World, submitted a bid of $2,998,759.99. This bid was determined to be non-responsive for failure to comply with the bid guarantee requirements of the solicitation and is therefore rejected. The responsive offers received are as follows: Offeror 1:NORTH BANK CIVIL AND MARINE LLC; Total Bid Amount $6,319,100.00 Offeror 2:BERGERSON CONSTRUCTION, INC; Total Bid Amount $3,317,400.00
