- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items/services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, �Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items or Services�, and FAR Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested. This solicitation number is 2043FY-26-Q-00058 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). Audio/Visual (AV) Equipment & Support for the 2026 All Managers Meeting in support of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)/ Taxpayer Advocate Service (TAS) The Statement of Work and all applicable solicitation documents are included as attachments to this notice.
