- PRESOLICITATION NOTICE Patient Ceiling Lift System Cancer Center Project The Department of Veterans Affairs, Durham VAMC in Durham, North Carolina, has a requirement for a contractor to provide Patient Ceiling Lift System Cancer Center Project in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. The NAICS code for this action is 339113, Surgical Appliance and Supplies Manufacturing SBA Size Standard of 800 Employees. The Product Service Code is 6515, Medical and Surgical Instruments, Equipment, and Supplies. The solicitation being issued will be set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. Only one award will be made. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be made available on or around Monday, August 10, 2026.
