This is a Combined Synopsis and Solicitation for Commercial Construction Services. This is a solicitation for commercial products and services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR RFO Subpart 12.101, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number: W50S86-26-B-A004 Issued as a: Invitation for Bid Requirement Description: The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform preventative maintenance and apply pavement markings to base roads and parking lots. All work shall be performed in accordance with this Statement of Work, the Engineer's Plan set, and all other standards specified in the contract. Set-Aside: This acquisition has been set aside 100% for Small Businesses. NAICS Code: 237310 PSC: Z2LB Disclosure of Magnitude: $500,000 to $1,000,000 This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) guidance and applicable DFARS class deviations. Period of Performance: 365 Days after Notice to Proceed Site Visit: An organized site visit for this requirement will occur on 28 July 2026 at 1:30 PM Local time. The site visit will be held at 5884 A Street, Alpena MI, 49707 in the Building 2 (CE) Conference Room. This will be the only site visit. No other site visits will be conducted. Questions: All questions are due by 5 August 2026 at 1:00 PM Local Time Response Date: All bids are due by 13 August 2026 at 1:00 PM Local Time at the Alpena CRTC 5884 A Street, Building 2022, Alpena MI, 49707.
