PSC Code: AC13 National Defense RD Services; Department of Defense - Military; Experimental Development. Security Information: Range from Confidential to Top Secret. Set-Aside: Full and Open Competition. This Special Notice is issued in accordance with RFO 5.201, 5.204, and RFO Subpart 5.1 and serves as the official Presolicitation Notice for the upcoming TETRAS III requirement The purpose of this notice is to provide potential Offerors the opportunity to review the information and draft attachments associated with the upcoming source selection to facilitate industry engagement and maximize the quality of future proposals. Anticipated Solicitation date: 27 Oct 26. (THIS INFORMATION IS FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE) The Government encourages questions, comments, and feedback to the documentation attached to this notice. All questions and comments must be submitted no later than 15 days from the date of issuance of this notice. (PLEASE SUBMIT ALL QUESTIONS AND COMMENTS UTILIZING THE EXCEL ATTACHMENT: T3 DRAFT CRM_RFI_Matrix) Requests for extensions to this notices feedback period will be evaluated by the Contracting Officer and reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
