- The FPC requires logistical support for its International Media Reporting Programs, which include Media Co-operatives, International Reporting Tours, Small Reporting Tours, Domestic Reporting Tours, and Local Reporting Tours. These programs involve travel arrangements, meeting room reservations, sub-contracting of program facilitators, issuance of funds for meals and incidental expenses, SIM card provision, emergency health insurance, working with travel facilitators, and on-the-ground logistical support. Meridian International Center has been identified as the sole source provider due to its proven track record and institutional knowledge critical to the success of these programs.
