Description of Requirement: The Government intends to procure the following commercial medical item: Brand Name / Manufacturer: OHD QuantiFit2 Respirator Fit Testing System Item Description: OHD QuantiFit2 Respirator Fit Testing System equipped with USAF Virtual Operator Software Package + OHD Data Logger Part/Model Number: FTK 9519-4200-VO-AF-V1 Quantity & Unit of Issue:1 Each 3. Acquisition Strategy: This requirement is being procured as a brand-name/single-source acquisition. The estimated value of this action is between $20,000.00 and $25,000.00. 4. Response Instructions (Per FAR 5.101): This notice is not a formal request for competitive quotes. However, all responsible sources may submit a response (such as a quotation or capability statement) which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency.
