- Synopsis for W912CH-26-B-A011 � Transmission Kit ARMY CONTRACTING COMMAND � Detroit Arsenal proposes to solicit and award a 5-year Firm Fixed Price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. This action will be competitive Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the following item: NSN: 2520016822226 Part Number: 12591930, Noun: Transmission Kit Guaranteed Minimum Quantity: 9 ea Estimated Maximum Quantity: 1125 ea Estimated First Delivery Order Quantity: 225 ea First Article Test (FAT) will be required unless waived. NAICS Code: 333613, Unit of Issue: Each, Inspection: Origin, Acceptance: Origin, FOB Point: Destination, Level of Preservation: Military, Level of Packaging: A. The solicitation, W912CH-26-B-A011, is anticipated for release in one to two weeks and will contain the required technical information and a specific due date and time. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a mailing list.
