- AMENDMENT 0001 The purpose of Amendment 0001 of this solicitation is to extend the quotation deadline, publish the official Government Q&A Matrix, and issue updated solicitation attachments based on industry feedback. 1. DEADLINE EXTENSION The deadline for receipt of quotations is hereby extended. All final quotations are now due no later than 4:00 PM Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) on Tuesday, 18 August 2026. 2. POINT OF CONTACT CORRECTION Please note that the Contracting Officer�s email address contained a typographical error in the original posting. The correct submission address for all quotations is biannica.glay@us.af.mil. 3. UPDATED ATTACHMENTS The following updated documents are attached to this amendment. Offerors must utilize these amended documents for their final submissions: SF-30 (Amendment 0001): Outlines all formal changes to the solicitation. Q&A Matrix - Amendment 0001: Contains 101 official Government responses to industry questions. PWS (Amended) - 07 August 2026: Supersedes the original 01 July 2026 version in its entirety. (Updates include additional systems of record, clarified security timelines, and cleaned-up acronyms). Attachment 3 - Pricing Worksheet (Amended): Supersedes the original version. (Updates include expanded labor category rows) . CRITICAL DISCLAIMERS & SOLICITATION STATUS: Q&A Period Closed: This amendment is issued solely to publish responses to questions submitted prior to the original deadline. This amendment does not reopen the Question and Answer (Q&A) section. The question submission period is hereby officially closed, and no additional inquiries will be accepted. All Other Terms Unchanged: Except as provided by the changes within this amendment, all other terms, conditions, and provisions of the original RFQ remain unchanged and in full force and effect. ACTION REQUIRED: Offerors must acknowledge receipt of Amendment 0001 by signing Block 15 of the attached SF-30 and including it with their Part I: Administrative and Pricing Volume submission. *********************************************************************************************** GENERAL This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation Overhaul (RFO) part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FA664326Q0004 is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) for non-personal Aeromedical Case Management support services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS). This acquisition is set-aside for Small Business concerns (Total 100%). This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. RESPONSE TIMES Quotations must be submitted electronically via email to the Contracting Officer at bianncia.glay@us.af.mil no later than the date and time specified in this solicitation (07 August 2026, 4:00 PM EST). The email subject line shall read: �Quote Submission: Aeromedical Case Management Support � [Insert Offeror Name]�. Questions must be submitted electronically via email to the aforementioned Contracting Officer. Note, questions must be submitted no later than Friday, 31 July 2026 by close of business. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE The anticipated Period of Performance consists of a 12-month Base Period and four (4) subsequent Option Periods. QUOTATION SUBMISSION: Interested Offerors shall submit quotations in accordance with the attached SF1449. Detailed quotation preparation instructions, submission requirements, and evaluation procedures are contained in the Addendum to RFO 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors�Commercial Products and Commercial Services, and the Addendum to RFO 52.212- 2, Evaluation Factors for Award. Offerors are responsible for reviewing the complete solicitation package and complying with all instructions and requirements contained therein. BEST AND FINAL SUBMISSION: Offerors must submit their best and final quotation. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and make award without negotiations. Accordingly, offerors are encouraged to submit their most favorable technical and pricing terms in their initial quotation. DESCRIPTION The Department of the Air Force, Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC), intends to award a competitive commercial services contract for non-personal, administrative, and aeromedical case management support for the Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC) Office of the Command Surgeon. This acquisition is being conducted as a commercial services acquisition using the policies and procedures of RFO Part 12. The Contractor must provide a comprehensive, turnkey, non-personal services solution, including all management, personnel, operational oversight, and other resources necessary to execute high-volume medical case processing, accurate data entry into DoD/Air Force medical systems of record (e.g., AIMWTS, ECT, PEPP), program administration, and unit-level customer support for approximately 70,000 Air Force Reserve personnel. The contractor must manage all workflows to consistently meet the performance thresholds established in the Services Summary of the attached PWS, including all workload fluctuations up to the 15% surge threshold. CONTRACT LINE-ITEM STRUCTURE 0001 - Aeromedical Case Management Support Services (Base Period) � 12 Months 1001 - Aeromedical Case Management Support Services (Option Year 1) � 12 Month 2001 - Aeromedical Case Management Support Services (Option Year 2) � 12 Month 3001 - Aeromedical Case Management Support Services (Option Year 3) � 12 Month 4001 - Aeromedical Case Management Support Services (Option Year 4) � 12 Month * Note for all CLINs: The Contractor must provide a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) for one (1) month of continuous support. The monthly price must encompass all labor, management, and operational oversight necessary to successfully perform all tasks outlined in the attached PWS. Invoicing is authorized monthly in arrears. APPLICABLE SOLICITATION PROVISIONS AND CLAUSES This solicitation incorporates all applicable solicitation provisions and contract clauses identified in the attached Standard Form 1449 and any accompanying solicitation attachments.
