Description

This is a competitive solicitation notice in accordance with FAR 5.101(b)(1)(i). The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Yokosuka, Site Sasebo, intends to issue a competitive solicitation restricted to Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan. Important Note: The actual Solicitation package (RFP) has been distributed directly to all eligible Master Ship Repair Agreement (MSRA) and Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) holders located in Japan via email. Eligible holders who cannot access the files should contact the Contract Specialist directly via email. Access requests from non-eligible sources will be rejected.
