- Backflow replacement (3) at Gateway Arch National Park Request for Quotes. Offerors are to refer to the complete solicitation package for full terms and conditions. The complete solicitation package includes the posting on www. sam.gov, this document, all attachments, and any amendments which may be posted during the solicitation. Attachments included: 1. Scope of Work 2. Scope of Work - Appendix A 3. DOL Wage Determinations 4. Technical Questionnaire 5. Standard Form 18 (This document) The addendum to 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Oct 2025) Addendum contains instructions for submitting quotes. A site visit is scheduled for August 12, 2026, at 9:00 AM CT. See 52.237-1. Submit all questions only via email to james_bissaillon@ios.doi.gov by August 13, 2026, to ensure enough time to provided answers. Quotes are due by 5:00 PM CDT on August 19, 2026, unless changed by solicitation amendment. Remember to monitor the solicitation posting for any amendments posted until the solicitation closes. All amendments must be acknowledged by the due date and time for quotes.
