- Posting answers to questions submitted. See attachment D-1 Answer Sheet. The contractor shall provide locking collection containers with a minimum capacity of 200 lbs. to collect shredding materials as directed by the Contracting Officer�s Representative (COR). Shredders bins shall be 94 gallons. All items in the collection containers shall be shredded on-site by the contractor. The contractor shall provide all equipment to perform this service. Equipment shall be capable of cross-cutting the materials. All contractor vehicles and collection containers shall be clearly identified with the company�s name. A certificate of destruction shall be provided to the COR or designated technical monitor immediately after each shredding service.
