- The purpose of this synopsis is to provide notice of Naval Information Warfare Command (NIWC) Atlantic, Code 22130, intent to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order on a non-competitive basis to Connective Design, LLC for cable assemblies. This is a notice of intent and is not a request for competitive quotes. Quoters are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this notice.
