Award Method: Award is anticipated based on initial proposals without discussions, though the Government reserves the right to hold discussions with offerors in the competitive range if needed. Location: U.S. Government facility 12/189 Scope of Work: Comprehensive renovation works, including: Driveway repair Septic system repairs Tile installation Handrail installation Ceiling replacement Door and screen replacements Bathroom renovations Carpentry work Governing Documents: Work must conform to: The Statement of Work (SOW) and Specifications General Conditions Contract Terms and Conditions Conflict Resolution: If there's a conflict between these governing documents, the more stringent requirement applies.
