- General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Virginia City: Richmond Delineated Area: Sector A: Town of Ashland Municipal Submarket (Hanover County) - North Boundary: Vaughan Road / Northfield Road - South Boundary: The Hanover / Henrico County Line - West Boundary: North Center Street / South Center Street / CSX Freight Railroad Line - East Boundary: Interstate 95 / Route 54 (England Street) / Lewistown Road Sector B: Glen Allen CDP Submarket (Henrico County) - North Boundary: The Henrico / Hanover County Line - South Boundary: West Broad Street (U.S. Route 250) / East Parham Road - West Boundary: Staples Mill Road (U.S. Route 33) / Nuckols Road / Cox Road - East Boundary: Interstate 95 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 16,000 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 18,000 Space Type: Approximately 500 - 700 SF in Office space with the remaining space being warehouse Surface Parking Spaces (Reserved): 2 Antenna: 1 Full Term: 10 Firm Term: 5 Option Term: 5 Additional Requirements: 14 ft clearance for loading dock door Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as 100-year floodplain). Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR).
