- Description
- This requirement is for non-personal services to provide refuse and recycling collection at Coyote Valley Dam (CVD) and Lake Mendocino in Ukiah, California, in support of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) San Francisco District. This solicitation is being competed as Full and Open Competition. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. All solicitation packages, technical specifications, and attachments are uploaded directly to the PIEE Solicitation Module. To view files and submit a proposal, vendors must register and log in to the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at https://piee.eb.mil. Only electronic proposals submitted through the PIEE Solicitation Module will be accepted for evaluation.
