- ADVANCED CONTRACTING INITIATIVE - REGIONAL CONTRACTS FOR DEBRIS MANAGEMENT SERVICES (ACI-RCDMS) The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) requires rapid and comprehensive debris removal services for the entire United States and its Outlying Areas. This acquisition is part of the Advanced Contracting Initiative - Regional Contracts for Debris Management Services (ACI - RCDMS) and supports the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) and other Federal disaster response efforts, as authorized by Public Law 93-288, The Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (Stafford Act).The Government intends to award ten (10) Regional Single Award Task Order Contracts (SATOCs) through a Full and Open Competition. AUGUST 6, 2026, UPDATE (AMENDMENT 0006 ADMINISTRATIVE GUIDANCE): Amendment 0006 to Solicitation W912EK26RA001 has been issued. The SF 30 for Amendment 0006 and related documents are accessible via the link below titled PIEE Solicitation Module Link for W912EK26RA001. The purpose of Amendment 0006 is to provide administrative guidance fo Offerors in the Competitive Range. As a reminder, the due date and time for receipt of FPRs remains Friday, August 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. ----- JULY 31, 2026, UPDATE: Amendment 0005 to Solicitation W912EK26RA001 has been issued. The SF 30 for Amendment 0005 and related documents are accessible via the link below titled PIEE Solicitation Module Link for W912EK26RA001. If you are unable to access this amendment and related documents, please email the Contract Specialist, Christopher McCabe at christopher.a.mccabe@usace.army.mil. The purpose of Amendment 0005 is to request Final Proposal Revisions (FPRs) from Offerors in the Competitive Range, provide a revised Schedule of Prices, update proposal instructions, and establish the FPR due date as Friday, August 14, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central Time. REVISED SOLICITATION FORM (SF 33) The SF 33, Solicitation, Offer, and Award, is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the revised version dated July 31, 2026, attached hereto. ---------- MARCH 12, 2026, UPDATE: Amendment 0004 to Solicitation W912EK26RA001 has been issued. Amendment 0004 and related documents are accessible via the link below titled ""PIEE Solicitation Module Link for W912EK26RA001. This Amendment 0004 is to provide a revised Solicitation Form and revised solicitation sections as detailed below.
