- Solicitation number 1282A726Q0023 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Medical Services at Pine Ridge Job Corp Center which includes examinations and assessments, treatment, issuance of prescriptions and immunizations, monitoring health conditions, recommending hospitalization, follow-up care, prevention planning and intervention, and all other services required by the Statement of Work (see Attachment 1 of Solicitation). The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 621111. The small business size standard is Q201. This solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Pine Ridge Job Corp Center is located at: Pine Ridge Job Corps Center 15710 Hwy 385 Chadron, NE 69337 Quotes that do not include all required information, including pricing and complete credentials for proposed candidates such as resumes, insurance, and required licenses may be determined to be non-responsive. Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs
