- This notice serves as the post-award synopsis and posting of the redacted Justification and Approval (J&A) for Contract Number N6133126P0169. On 3 August 2026, the Naval Surface Warfare Center Panama City Division (NSWC PCD), awarded a Purchase Order in the amount of $315,000.00 to Robbins Metal Fabrication, LLC.
