- NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLICIT DIRECTLY FROM SUPPLIERS (RFO FAR 12.201-1(2) and 5.101(b)(1)(i)(A)) Solicitation Number: 15B50126PR000343 26Z5AZ2 � REPAIR/FURNISH AND INSTALL WATER SOFTENER Agency: Federal Bureau of Prisons � FCI Bastrop Classification Code: J046 - MAINT/REPAIR/REBUILD OF EQUIPMENT- WATER PURIFICATION AND SEWAGE TREATMENT EQUIPMENT NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors Notice Type: Notice of Intent to Solicit Directly from Suppliers IAW. RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). Synopsis: The Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Bastrop intends to solicit this action as 100% Small Business, (firm-fixed-price) to repair/furnish and install complete Triplex commercial water-softening system. The statutory authority for this 100% Small Business set aside solicitation directly to suppliers is the RFO FAR 19.104-1(a) (1) and RFO FAR 12.201-1(2). A SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE POSTED The Government intends to proceed with this 100% Small Business set aside set aside direct solicitation to suppliers. NAICS Code: 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors. THIS NOTICE IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS OR QUOTATIONS A determination by the Government not to solicit this action on the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) is solely within the discretion of the Government, IAW RFO FAR 12.201-1(2).
